Can you clarify the submission rights section of the rules?

  What exactly do you need clarified?

  Overall, the section is says that as a contestant, you still own your IP but NYP has the right to duplicate or build off of your code to leverage the program into the hospital setting. This doesn't bar the contestant from going and selling the app to other people or from continuing to develop it.
