An appeal for more time

some part of our applications relies on XMPP Protocols and nodejs server for an amazing realtime communictations. our hosting server has assured us that site configurations will be okay within several hours, is there possibility of time extensions.
for the app submissions. what do you Moderator suggest I do in casehe if the time elapsed. thanks
